How do I reserve a prop?
To place an order or check the availability of a specific item, please submit a request on the website or contact me using any of the methods listed in the “Contacts” section.
I cannot guarantee same-day availability of items. To secure a particular item for a specific date, a 30% deposit of the total order amount is required. The remaining balance is paid on the day you pick up your order.
Attention! The 30% deposit is non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled, this amount will not be returned. A one-time rescheduling is possible within 14 days, subject to the item’s availability on the new date.
In case an item is damaged, the client must notify me and cover the cost of restoration proportionally to the damage. Restoration costs are calculated based on the item’s purchase value. Handing the item to a third party for restoration is strictly prohibited.
Do you deliver props?
Oly local Pickup is available: at our address in Phoenix, N. 51st Way, 85008.
Can I pick up props myself?
Self-pickup is available by appointment at our Phoenix location. Please make sure you have a suitable vehicle. Rental prop must be transported only in the provided special carrying case. You must inspect and sign for items at pickup.
How long can I rent props for?
The price listed for each item covers two days. Rental time starts at 7:00 AM on the day you pick up the item and ends when you return it by 9:00 PM the following day. This timing is designed to give you enough time to return the item comfortably.
If the item is returned more than 30 minutes late, the full rental fee will be charged. You can return the item earlier than the end time if you like — the rental price will not change.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit (300$) is required for all rentals. Deposits are returned within 3 business days after items are returned in original condition, minus any approved deductions for damage or loss.
What if a prop gets damaged?
Minor, repairable damage may be deducted from the security deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit or the item is irreparable, the renter is responsible for full repair or replacement cost. Always report accidental damage immediately.
Can props be used outdoors?
Yes, as long as you ensure they stay clean and undamaged. Do not use them in dusty or dirty areas, in liquids, or near open flames.
Are props allowed for commercial shoots and events?
Yes — our props are available for photography, film, advertising, and private events. For commercial licensing or extended use, please contact us so we can include appropriate terms in the agreement.
What are your operating areas?
We are based in Phoenix, AZ and serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear, Sun City, Surprise. For requests outside these areas, contact us for a custom pickup/delivery plan.
Rental Policies
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking deposit 30% is required to reserve items.
- Full payment (rental + delivery, if any) must be completed prior to pickup or delivery.
- Payment methods: Zelle, Paypal, Cash
2. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is held for each rental. Deposit amounts depend on item value.
- Deposits are returned within 3 business days after inspection upon return, minus any charges for damage or missing pieces.
3. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the rental date may receive a credit toward a future booking.
- Less than 7 days’ notice: booking deposit is non-refundable and additional penalties may apply.
- To change dates or items, contact us ASAP — we’ll try to accommodate based on availability.
4. Delivery & Pickup Terms
- Delivery and pickup incur additional fees quoted at booking.
- Renter or authorized representative must be present to receive and inspect items.
- If renter is not present at scheduled delivery/pickup, rescheduling fees may apply.
5. Care, Use & Restrictions
- Renter is responsible for proper care and safe use while items are in their possession.
- Do not modify, paint, or permanently alter props.
- Certain props may have specific handling instructions — follow them to avoid charges.
6. Damage, Loss & Liability
- Any damage, stains, or missing components will be charged to the renter.
- If an item is beyond repair, the renter will pay the full replacement cost.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Props may not be used for illegal activities or in any way that endangers people or property.
- Weapons, pyrotechnics, and live animals are not permitted unless explicitly approved and insured.

9. Liability
